3. Limitations of Service

4. Fees & Payments
Fees (if applicable) will be communicated in writing prior to engagement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered. Any institution application fees are payable directly to the institution or via their official channels.
5. Refunds
Refunds for tuition deposits or institutional fees are subject to the policies of the respective institution. Our service fee refunds, if any, are governed by your signed service agreement.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderstudy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from decisions of educational institutions or immigration authorities.
7. Code of Ethics & Conduct
We adhere to the Australian Education Agent Code of Ethics. We commit to providing accurate, current, and honest information; avoiding conflicts of interest; and acting in the best interests of students.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Wanderstudy. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.
