    • Assistance with applications to partner institutions in Australia and elsewhere.
    • Visa support in collaboration with registered migration agents where required by law.

    • 3. Limitations of Service

    We provide advice based on the information you supply. You are responsible for ensuring your information is true, complete, and up to date. Visa outcomes and admissions decisions are made by third parties and are beyond our control.

    4. Fees & Payments

    Fees (if applicable) will be communicated in writing prior to engagement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once services are delivered. Any institution application fees are payable directly to the institution or via their official channels.

    5. Refunds

    Refunds for tuition deposits or institutional fees are subject to the policies of the respective institution. Our service fee refunds, if any, are governed by your signed service agreement.

    6. Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wanderstudy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from decisions of educational institutions or immigration authorities.

    7. Code of Ethics & Conduct

    We adhere to the Australian Education Agent Code of Ethics. We commit to providing accurate, current, and honest information; avoiding conflicts of interest; and acting in the best interests of students.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All website content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to Wanderstudy. You may not copy or redistribute content without permission.

    9. Privacy

    Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    10. Confidentiality

    We will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to perform the services you request.

    11. Anti-Bribery

    We prohibit bribery or facilitation payments in all dealings with institutions, partners, and authorities.

    12. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

    If you have a complaint, please contact us at apply@wandersally.net. We will acknowledge within a reasonable time and aim to resolve promptly. If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by Indonesian law and subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts.
